Please note: Due to the increase in no shows and same day cancellation of appointments, all New Patients are required to pay a $50 deposit to secure an appointment, which will be applied to their visit upon completion. Please be prepared to give a credit card over the phone upon confirmation of your scheduled appointment with an office staff member. If you fail to show for your appointment, or cancel without our required 24 hours notice, the deposit will be applied to the associated fee.
